一 |     (ECNS) -- As of Friday, the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's has transferred over 80 billion cubic meters of water to northern regions, benefiting nearly 118 million people, the Ministry of Water Resources, data released on Friday showed.    People from 27 large and medium-sized cities including Henan, Hebei, Tianjin and Beijing, and 243 counties are supplied with quality water by the middle route.     Put into operation nearly 12 years ago, the middle route has played a key role in optimizing water resource allocation and restoration, securing drinking water safety for local residents, and facilitating north-south economic circulation. 二 | 在河南，横跨洛阳、焦作、新乡的西霞院水利枢纽输水及灌溉工程，目前施工进入冲刺阶段，为今年5月底通水做准备。

三 | 工程建成后，每年可引黄河水2.13亿立方米，新发展灌溉面积超31万亩。　　加快发展新质生产力。吉林大力推动绿电转化为绿氢、绿氨、绿醇等新能源工程，一批百亿级新能源储能项目启动建设。在辽宁，总投资超25亿元的高端风电铸件智能制造基地正式投产。该制造基地智能化覆盖率50%以上，年产能可达30万吨。
